Christian Care Manors I & III provide affordable senior housing under the HUD Section 202 program. Equal housing opportunity is afforded to all persons who are at least sixty-two (62) years of age and who qualify under federal income standards.
Manors I & II have studio, one bedroom and handicap-accessible apartments.
Both buildings feature laundry facilities on each floor, conference/activity rooms, as well as sitting areas for socializing, playing cards or working puzzles. Residents of Manors I & III also have access to the Sunnyside Cafe, located in the Manor II dining room.
