Monthly rent for an independent living apartment includes an emergency call system, full kitchen, on-site community laundry room and some utilities.
Resident Planned Activities
Just minutes away from local churches, restaurants and shopping centers, residents get together to plan outings as well as on-campus activities to enjoy fellowship and to stay engaged.
Admission Qualifications:
- The household's annual income may not exceed the very-low income limits set by the U.S. Dept. of HUD.
- Residents typically pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and utilities.
- The unit will be the family's only residence.
